Breast Milk Ice Cream?

Yes, you read that title correctly. Breast Milk Ice Cream is officially a hit after its trial run at The Icecreamists shop in Covent Gardens, London. The flavor was called Baby Gaga and sold for around 14 pounds. The milk was purchased from around 14 mothers who had adds online. The milk underwent rigorous tests to ensure sanitary quality before being made into scrumptious ice cream. Would you try it?

  1. No. No I would not try it, even though it is probably better for you than ice cream made from cow's milk. I have -- inadvertently -- tasted human breast milk before back when my daughter was a baby and I regularly bottle fed her my wife's "pumped" breast milk. I can tell you that it is not particularly tasty -- sickly sweet with an odd after taste-- and it was much thinner than regular cow's milk.

  2. Oh no! I wouldn't try it either. Let's leave breast milk for the babies, they need it more.

  3. In case you were wondering, all breast milk ice cream has been removed from the UK. Here is the follow-up story:
